Inside the refrigerated storage compartments

The refrigerated storage compartments for goods and food products feature spaces for large shipments.

At our headquarters we have:

capacity for 15,000 pallets at -25 °C
capacity for 1,500 pallets in the “chilled products” cold-storage area (+4/+6 °C)
a 2000 m2 area maintained at a constant temperature (+18 °C) year round
capacity for 2,500 pallets at ambient temperature

The "cold chain"

All of the refrigerated storage compartments and controlled-temperature areas are constantly monitored in order to maintain their set temperatures regardless of how high temperatures might be outside.

On-site and remote alarm systems guarantee and make it possible to constantly monitor the temperature of each individual compartment, 24 hours a day.

Sodele’s internal procedures impose the utmost care throughout every logistical phase, including delivery, storage and re-delivery of goods, ensuring that the “cold chain” remains unbroken.
